I called ㅊㅁ in mid-May and they said a consultation would only be possible at the end of June, so I waited over a month and had the consultation ㅎ First of all, the doctor explained things very kindly and thoroughly, so I liked that, but that does not mean it affects the surgical result, so well. I had the consultation because I wanted to remove the L-shaped silicone and just refine the nasal tip again, but the doctor’s conclusion was that if I wanted removal and wanted the nasal tip done, it would have to be done with silicone or MegaDerm costal cartilage. He said he does not use ear cartilage or septal cartilage, so since I did not want to put silicone in again, MegaDerm costal…
