For my first surgery, I had surgery with a spread graft using donated fascia, but this isn't used often, so there aren't any reviewsㅜㅜ I also heard it's not easy to remove. Is there any hospital that has done a lot of donated dermis removal?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
