My natural nose was short and a bit upturned, but after more than 10 years since surgery, contracture developed and it got even shorter, so I eventually had everything removed. I heard contracture can get worse after removal too, so I’m scared. It’s been 4 days now. It’s still extremely swollen. My original nose was short, upturned, and low, so I’m not even hoping for it to come down a lot; I just hope I don’t get severe contracture.
