Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Please help me remove the silicone because of inflammation (crooked nose)

I had silicone septum and tip nose surgery 5 years ago, and my nose became crooked. The bridge and tip are both crooked. I was scared of revision surgery so I just lived with it, but this time I got inflammation and think I need to remove it quickly. If I remove it, can I correct the crooked tip too? I heard that if you have removal surgery because of inflammation, they only remove the silicone capsule and do cartilage repositioning, so it's hard to correct the tip. Is that really trueㅠ
