A week ago, at a place I found out about through an acquaintance, 10 years after my plastic surgery, I had the silicone and septal cartilage removed. After removing the silicone and septal cartilage, that chalk-like shape and the hard feeling at the nasal tip definitely disappeared, but the area under my nose feels too tight and firm. Of course, it has only been 1 week since removal, but generally when you tuck your lips into your mouth, the columella should naturally move downward along with the lips. But it is fixed the same way as before removal, so it does not come down. It feels like there is some other implant in the columella area...
