First of all, I had surgery 10 years ago with 3 mm silicone and septal cartilage. Recently, because of a foreign body sensation, changes in the nasal tip shape, and an inflammatory reaction, I started looking into removal. I booked a consultation a month ago and am finally writing my first consultation review. What I felt during my first removal consultation was: let's not have expectations that are too high. Let's throw away the thought that these side effects won't happen to me. My original nose can absolutely never be restored 100%, so let's compromise to some extent. Let's stay mentally steady. The price is higher than expected. It is definitely a difficult surgery. If you want to become prettier after removal, give up on complete removal...
