On the day of my removal surgery, I went all the way up to Seoul, but I didn’t have the surgery and came back down. The reason is that before the surgery consultation, we talked again, and they said my original nose and my operated nose are so different that when the implant/material is removed, a lot of the operated nose shape would probably remain. They said the chances of the three issues, pinching, deviation, and upturning, improving significantly are low. They said it was almost unlikely. They asked whether revision surgery might be better if I keep thinking about the shape. So I decided to think about it again. I had only been thinking about removal no matter what, but do I need revision surgery? I want my nostrils to show less, the nasal tip point to come down, and my nose to spread out and become lower…
