I had nose surgery, but I wish my columella projected a bit more. Since I had an open approach, I don’t want to leave any more scars ㅠㅠ But I really just want the columella to come out a little more. Would it be okay to get filler in the columella, or should I have revision surgery just for this area? I’ve never had filler before

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
