Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I think I need to remove the cartilage from my nasal tip.

It’s been about 13 years since surgery. A quack ENT doctor shaved down my nasal bridge while saying he would make a beoseon-shaped nose, so I had it redone at a plastic surgery clinic. During surgery, the doctor asked whether I liked a rounded nose or a pointed nose, and I said I liked a natural look. Half-asleep and groggy, I woke up and found that cartilage had been placed in the nasal tip, making it slightly pointed. But as time goes by, the nasal tip is getting thinner, and it’s really bothering me. I think I need to remove it. It seems to be turning red. I also feel like my nose is drying out because of the Gore-Tex placed on the nasal bridge. Is there anyone similar to me? Where should I go first…
