Is silicone the one with the highest probability of complications… Should I understand that silicone actually can’t be permanent and that complications will definitely happen someday? I heard donated costal cartilage also has a risk of inflammation… You have to use only autologous cartilage for there to be almost no complications, rightㅜㅜ
