It's been a little over 1 year since my revision rhinoplasty, a little less than 2 years. Since yesterday, the nasal bridge where the silicone was inserted has been throbbing, and it feels like bugs are crawling. Could this be a pre-inflammatory reaction? I live outside Seoul, so I can't easily go to the hospital in Seoul where I had surgeryㅠ ㅠ Should I go to a nearby plastic surgery clinic and get prescribed antibiotics?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
