The silicone removal methods are different.... which do you think is better..?

I’m definitely going to remove the silicone for now. The nasal tip is fine, so I plan to leave it as is. Hospital A cost: low 2 million won. Remove only the silicone with a closed approach. My nasal skin is thick, so there won’t be a step-off. Local anesthesia, 30-minute surgery, finished with taping. Hospital B cost: mid 3 million won. Remove the silicone after an open approach. Since the nasal tip will stay as is, there is a possibility of a step-off. They will shave ear cartilage and connect that area. Since they open it up, if there are issues with the membrane, capsule, etc., they will remove them. Blood may collect in the removed area, so splint O.
