I’m considering implant-free revision rhinoplasty, and from the consultations I’ve gone to, the plans from the places that felt most trustworthy were like this: nasal bridge - ear cartilage / nasal tip - ear cartilage, autologous costal cartilage, or autologous costal cartilage only. I’m really curious about real reviews: if only ear cartilage is used on the nasal bridge, will it get absorbed and become bumpy? If only autologous costal cartilage is used for the nasal tip, will there be no tip visibility/shine-through? ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
