Early Correction Nose Removal

I had my nasal tip done with autologous costal cartilage, but because of the shape, the artificial feeling, and the hardness, I’m planning to wait 6 months and then have it removed. But after the initial surgery, from my perspective, the nasal tip felt too high, so I asked the hospital and had an early correction where they removed one layer of the ear cartilage covering the nasal tip. While having surgery twice, there were no complications like inflammation at all, except that after the early correction, the nostrils became slightly triangular from the front. In this case, if I later have the whole nose removed, could the nose become upturned? Some people say the nose can lift…
