It has been over a year since my surgery, and I’m looking into total removal because I want everything removed. I heard that if the nasal tip cartilage is removed too, the nose lifts during the contraction period. After the contraction period passes, does it come down to some extent? Is there anyone here who has experienced something similar?ㅜㅠㅜ I really never want to put anything in my nose again.
