My original nose had a hump, so I had the hump shaved down, osteotomy, ear cartilage used for the nasal tip, and a columellar strut. With that much, is it a nose that’s been manipulated a lot? When removing it, would the removal surgery be on the difficult side?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
