I was prescribed Montera tablets. Do I take them after finishing a week of antibiotics and painkillers, or do I start taking them from today, the day of removal? I had surgery today and I’m a bit out of it, so please let me know

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
