Is revision surgery the only answer no matter what? They say it can’t be removed and that I have to use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip because there’s no septal cartilage. Is there no way to just do total removal and keep the nasal tip from collapsing?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
