I had osteotomy, silicone, and nasal tip surgery together, but my nose became too high, which made my chin look too small and made me look masculine, so I only had the silicone removed. I know that usually after silicone removal, the height becomes similar to before or lower, but mine seems to have gotten higher. Could this be because of the osteotomy? I want to get my old nose back, so I’m looking into total removal including the nasal tip, and I’m curious how much everyone here who had total removal after osteotomy returned to their original nose.
