Has anyone had the nostril shape look like this from the front after total nose implant removal? As the contraction phase came, the nostril shape changed along with columellar retraction, but I don’t see many people like me. It seems like as the columella got pulled upward, the nostrils went up with it too. Is there no chance this will improve? I really can’t do revision surgery anymoreㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
