If you put in silicone, does it really look very obvious? They say these days they make it look natural, but I'm not sure if that's true, so I'm really torn. For those who have had it done, does it look very obvious? I went for a consultation, but honestly it's hard to trust what the doctor says.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
