Right now my nose has silicone, donated rib cartilage, nasal sidewall surgery, lateral osteotomy, hump reduction, and bulbous nose correction. I think they may also have removed some fat. My original nose was low and bulbous, with large nostrils. If I remove everything, is it highly likely to go back to how it was, or could it end up looking a bit slimmer? I've heard cartilage repositioning is a surgery that returns it to the original shape, but has anyone actually seen results from that?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
