Hi, I want to stop worrying about my nose so much now. Among everyone here who had removal, I’m sure there are people who removed only the silicone and people who had everything removed. Could you tell me which might be better? My original nose was small and low, but it was harmonious with my face, so I think full removal could be okay. But if I leave only the septal cartilage in the nasal tip and remove only the silicone, I think it would definitely look a bit more three-dimensional, so I’m torn. But I think I’ve also seen several posts saying the septal cartilage can come down over time too ㅠㅠ Please help me
