If I get everything removed from my nose, do I have to completely give up on my nose looking slim? My previous nose was somewhat slim, but during my first surgery, because of my hump nose, they put Megaderm on the nasal dorsum and ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and my nose became really thick and bulky. So I’m thinking about removal, but even if scar tissue is removed, would it be hard to expect that slim feeling like my previous nose? ㅠㅠ I’m so upset
