Has anyone here ever had full nose removal at the hospital where they had their first surgery, instead of places like the so-called top three? I’m curious about reviews ㅜㅜㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
