I had nose surgery around 10 years ago. I did it without going around for consultations or looking things up, so I don’t remember exactly, but I had either 2 mm silicone or Gore-Tex, and autologous dermis in the nasal tip. There is silicone show-through, but it isn’t very uncomfortable. However, the autologous dermis has gradually moved downward, so a step-off has formed in the space between the silicone and the autologous dermis, and the shape of the silicone also shows through. I want to have the nose implant removed, but if I want the autologous dermis removed too, I should go to a place that is good at it, right? If there is any place you can recommend, please let me know.
