It’s been 3 weeks since removal. It wasn’t one of the big three, and I had it done at a place with lots of surgery reviews posted. I’m satisfied with the surgery, but suddenly I started worrying about columellar retraction. In my case, I only had the nasal tip done, with the tip raised using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and the columella brought out. But even after removal, the columella being brought out has barely changed. Suddenly I’m wondering if this is right, and I’m also worried that the columella might suddenly go in. Has anyone seen a case where columellar retraction happened after removal?
