Review and concerns 2 years 6 months after removal (+Is anyone still hard?)

I don’t know how removal is these days, but at least when I was looking into it, removal was usually possible as long as there wasn’t a spreader graft, but it turned out I had a spreader graft They even used cartilage from both ears and septal cartilage all at once, so if the result after removal was bad, autologous costal cartilage would be the only option. It wasn’t a revision or third surgery, it was my first surgery, but I think my hospital choice was very bad For my first surgery, they used all autologous cartilage except rib cartilage, and there was columellar extension, spreader grafting, support graft, osteotomy, and quite a lot of manipulation. Anyway, because of this and that, total removal is difficult…
