I had my first surgery with 27 mm silicone, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and it's almost been 6 months. The overall shape is tolerable, but I have a foreign-body sensation and tightness, and mentally it's been so hard. At first, because of the swelling, the nasal tip looked too much like Pinocchio, so I cried and made a huge fuss, and I endured it with difficulty, but I just want to have everything removed and live comfortably. Also, my nostrils were uneven, and after raising the nasal tip, they looked even worse. They said they can do a full removal for 2.2 million won; what do you think? For reference, I had a very slight hump on the nasal bridge shaved down, and the silicone is currently holding it smoothly, so if I remove it ...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
