I was dissatisfied with the aesthetics of my first surgery, so I decided on removal with my natural nose as the goal. It was a heavily manipulated nose with silicone, donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, septal extension, bulbous nose correction, cartilage tying, fat removal, hump correction, etc. Due to factors such as excessive septal cartilage harvesting and pressure from the donated costal cartilage, my septum had become extremely weak, so there was a high risk and danger of saddle nose. Currently, only septal reinforcement has been done, and all other materials have been removed. To tell you the conclusion, I reached 90% of my goal, it is close to my natural nose, and I think I did well to remove it. I’ve returned to daily life now and am doing well.
