I’m planning to correct a deviated septum and a bulbous nose, but among bulbous noses, mine has thick skin, so they say there won’t be a dramatic effect. They said raising the nasal bridge would help, and that there’s no need to cut the alar base; if it’s cut, it can look like 110V, so it looks obvious. They said that if they use the cartilage obtained during the septoplasty to build it up thickly, it should still be okay, and that they can also reinforce the slightly sunken areas without using an implant. Would it be better to make the functional nose surgery also look pretty? If I only do the deviated septum correction, I feel like I’ll recover quickly, but if I do the bulbous nose correction too, the surgery becomes bigger, so I’m worried the aftereffects will be hard…
