Silicone contracture for 10 years, autologous dermis surgery for 10 years. As I’ve aged and my skin has gotten thinner, my nasal tip stands out too much and a step-off has formed, so now I’m looking into removal surgery. Rather than a cosmetic purpose, now I just want a nose that is natural no matter what and at least doesn’t look strange. I’ve had consultations at GYS and CM, and I’m thinking of consulting PRM and SSY. Is there anyone who could share a removal review, or share things they’ve heard? Please help.
