If I do it this time, it’ll be the third time opening it up, so I have to be really careful. The money is an issue, the emotional stress is an issue, I’m scared too, I’m afraid my nose might shrink if I remove it, and I’m also afraid I might not like it if I lower it more. What do you think would be best?
