Those who are in a similar situation to me, please use this as reference. 1 ㅅㅅㅇ There was not much waiting time, and the director was kind. I went for a consultation because I wanted to get rid of the hard foreign-body sensation in my nasal tip. Since I can make a pig nose and my columella also presses down, but only the nasal tip feels hard, the director answered by asking whether it really needed to be removed. They said the hardness in the nasal tip seemed to be either septal cartilage or alar cartilage, and if it is alar cartilage, it could be damaged during surgery, so they recommended that I consult the hospital where I had my first surgery. 2…
