It’s been 7 years since surgery, and the nasal tip support strut is too pointy, so the cartilage shows through, and when I touch it, it feels like it’s about to poke through. So I went for a revision consultation, and after taking a CT, they said it looks like there’s some strange Medpor in the support strut instead of septal cartilageㅜ No wonder it was extremely hard. They said they’d open it up, use septal cartilage, and reuse ear cartilage. Then will my nose shape spread out again like my original nose? The last photo is my original nose shape
