It’s been about 3 years since my surgery, and because I had a bulbous nose, I used 3 mm silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage to raise the nasal tip, and I also had nostril reduction. There’s a visible silicone edge at the glabella area, the left and right sides are uneven, and the nasal tip has drooped, so I want to remove it. But when viewed from the front, the amount of spreading at the nasal tip is okay, so rather than total removal, I want to either remove everything while leaving only the nasal tip support strut, or remove the silicone and redo only the nasal tip without an implant. First, ㅍㄹㅁㅊㅁㅅㅇ seems famous, so I’m thinking of going there for a consultation. Would that be okayㅠㅠㅠ Or please recommend a place that looks carefully at facial proportionsㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
