I had nose surgery this year without implants. They used septal cartilage in the nasal tip for the surgery, but the more the swelling goes down, the harder the nasal tip gets ㅠㅠ The foreign-body sensation is also severe. I saw the doctor and asked, and they said they raised it as high as possible. What should I do? Also, these days when I look in the mirror, there’s some show-through, so I’m really scared it might break through my nose. Is there a risk that the septal cartilage in the nasal tip could pierce through the skin and come out? I’m thinking about getting revision surgery again this year.
