I removed only the silicone implant and left the columellar support strut. Right after removal, when I took off the splint, the shape looked okay, but now it's slightly lifted, so the way it looked right after removal when the splint was taken off

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
