I went for a consultation, and I'm planning to remove the silicone from my nasal bridge, remove Medpor from the columella, remove silicone from the philtrum, and do nasal tip cartilage repositioning so it doesn't droop or spread too much compared with my original nose. But because my original nose is very much a droopy nose, bulbous nose, and blunt, they said they would use ear cartilage or septal cartilage for the nasal tip. They said if a step-off forms, they would reuse cartilage to eliminate the step-off. But what I'm worried about is, does ㄱㅇㅅ have a good aesthetic sense
