Will my nose not get much lower? I’m planning surgery at ㅅㅅㅇ to leave the septal cartilage as is and remove the ear cartilage mesh because the stacked ear cartilage is showing through in a round shape. Would that be okay? I have about a week of time, so with a closed approach, commuting should be possible, right? If anyone has done this, please comment.
