It's been over 10 years since the surgery, and I want to remove it because of psychological anxiety. I'm planning to have it removed at the hospital where I had the surgery. For the nasal bridge, they used 4 mm silicone, and for the nasal tip, they used ear cartilage as a support, tied the cartilage, and placed 2 layers of ear cartilage on top. If I remove only the silicone, it would be closed surgery for 1.5 million won; if I remove everything, it would be open surgery for 2 million won. The reason I'm torn between the two is that if I leave the nasal tip alone, I'm worried it might deform later, and I subtly dislike how hard the nasal tip is, so I want to be able to make a pig nose vs the burden of open surgery, and I'm worried the shape might get ruined if they touch the nasal tip too. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
