The anesthesia is wearing off right now, so I’m not in my right mind, but my first surgery looked too pointy, so I had revision surgery. What do you think?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
