Right now I feel heat in my nose and the foreign-body sensation is severe, so I want to remove the septal cartilage. So I went to the hospital where I had it done, but they were like, complete removal will make it collapse and can’t be done. So I asked if they couldn’t just leave the minimum support, but they said ambiguously that even that has to be done while assessing the nose shape... And they said it was done as a septal cartilage support, but when I went to ask one of the top three removal specialists, they said this is septal extension, so I fell into huge confusion. Even while looking into removal, since I also had fat removal when I first got my nose done, if I remove it, will I get indentation or collapse...
