I've occasionally seen posts saying that even after total removal, sudden pain or shape changes came 2-3 years later. What is the reason? I'm getting total removal this winter, and I feel at a loss about what I'd do if it hurts even though there's nothing in my nose. Because of this, I'm still debating whether to do total removal or remove only the silicone. I'm the type who worries in advance, so if anyone here had problems after removal, I'd be really grateful if you shared your experience in the comments.
