Hi everyone. It’s been 4 years since my nose surgery, and I don’t know the exact surgical method, but from what I remember, it was silicone + donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage surgery. At the removal clinic, after palpation, they said the donated costal cartilage seems to be the columellar strut, and that there doesn’t seem to be any septal extension. These days, the glabella area looks whitish and translucent, the ear cartilage shows through a little, and the silicone looks slightly red and translucent. It’s not extremely severe. When I yawn or open my mouth wide, I feel like the silicone catches and pokes me. I feel pressure on the nasal bridge, anxiety, and even when I get a pimple or it becomes slightly red, I get anxious, search related posts online, and whenever I look in the mirror, I end up checking my nose. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
