If someone’s nose spreads a lot when they smile, could doing bridge and tip surgery for bulbous-nose correction make the tip cartilage suddenly snap or collapse when smiling? It feels like a funny questionㅋㅋㅋㅋ but I tried lifting the tip and holding it in place with a cotton swab, then smiling the way I normally do, and I really feel a huge pull at the tip of my nose, so much that it seems like if I had nose tip surgery it would just collapse… Maybe I just shouldn’t have surgeryㅜㅜㅠ When I smile, the nose spreads to about the width of one 100-won coin per nostril
