If you look at the red area, it seems like some cartilage or something at the tip of my nose is gradually being pushed out toward the left. So when I look at it with the naked eye, I get the feeling that it’s being pushed out more and more, and I think I’ll need revision surgery. I’m not sure what that thing sticking out is. I had the nasal hump removed and raised the tip of my nose with autologous costal cartilage. If I remove it in this case, won’t it completely collapse or end up looking strange? For now I’ve already contacted the hospital where I had the surgery, and I want to go around to revision-specialist clinics, but before I do that, I’m posting here because I want advice from people with experience in this community.
