The more I look at doctors, the harder it seems to decide. Some say that after complete removal, it can return close to the original nose, while others say that because it has already been operated on, the original nose shape can absolutely never come back, and that at minimum the nasal tip cartilage needs to be lowered or left in place. Who is right? I think they removed my septal cartilage and used it for extension. Honestly, in my heart, I just want to believe the words saying I can return to my old nose after complete removal, but even just watching YouTube, there are many doctors who say it’s difficult to go back to the previous nose shape, so I also feel like what they say may be right.
