During my first surgery, the bone on the right side of my nose was osteotomized and the hump on my nasal bridge was shaved down, so if I do a complete removal, there will be a step-off. They say they will remove the silicone and use Megaderm dermis, but is Megaderm dermis safe… I never want to have revision surgery again, so I hate the idea of putting any implant in my nose at all… I don’t know what I should do, so I’m writing this…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
