As title says I’m 4 months after removal because of nasal tightness and clumping/lumpiness of the skin around the alar area. I had silicone and autologous ear cartilage removed, and the septum was left in. I was told that because my natural skin is thin and the adhesions were severe, I would probably have a harder time than others… And my healing ability has always been on the weaker side too. It’s already been 4 months since removal, but my nostrils are still pointed like they’re pinched, and the nasal bridge is bumpy and hard as if it’s clumped together.
